Rudgate Brewery was established in 1992, we are situated at the heart of Yorkshire, in the Vale of York, England.
The Roman Road of Rudgate runs through the old RAF Marston Moor Airfield. It was Autumn 1992 in the original armoury building where our brewery began. This road became our brewery name and the close proximity to York (Jorvik) with its Viking history is what inspired our original beer names,
From humble beginnings grew great things, our beers became multi-award winning and soon capacity was reached. In 2011 a new SALSA accredited facility was built enabling capacity and the beer range to expand. Permanent beers remain our core business; we also brew some exceptional seasonal specials, an ever increasing portfolio of bottled beers and even a little bit of can and keg!
Our team strive to provide excellent customer service with meticulous attention to detail being a strong part of our continued success. We are delighted to grow and innovate and this is thanks to our customers who have supported us over the last 29 years.
