First brew was on the 3rd May 2009, using an 8BBL plant, we moved to our current location in early 2010 at the same time upgrading to a 20BBL plant

Nestled along the Wharfe valley in the idyllic and historic market town of Ilkley, we have consistently produced award winning ales, stouts and lager using an appreciation of our long local heritage of world class brewing with one eye on the modern twist that is exciting both new and old drinkers of beer
