Celtic Marches Craft Drinks
With 200 acres of cider apple orchards, developed over eight generations, Celtic Marches are one of the UK’s largest self-sustaining craft cider farms. Eight cider tree varieties fill our luscious lined orchards; each chosen for their growth and taste profiles.
With full control from ‘Pip to Pint’, we grow, pick and press on site, blending with precision; priding ourselves on quality, provenance, traceability and sustainability. Awarded PGO status, you can be assured that only Herefordshire cider apples are used in our craft cider. We know exactly what variety of cider apples are used, how they have been cared for and how to get the best results.
Cider production is an art form. Traditional skills and knowledge are complemented by modern techniques, from planting, to orchard maintenance, harvest to fermentation; our commitment to the business, top to bottom, is unquestionable. Our rare position is a result of generational dedication to the orchards, hop fields and more recently vines. Production miles are low, our ‘Pip to Pint’ production cycle is completed in less than 5 miles.
We stay true to our craft and are dedicated to working with our farmscape, never against it. We have built strong relationships internationally and can offer a wide range of ciders to meet all export requirements.
